When will Lunen Haus be open for occupancy?

Our South Building is currently open for occupancy, with very few vacancies left!
Our North Building is to be complete in time for August 2021!

Can we tour the building?

You can now schedule an appointment with us to tour any of our available condo-style apartments!
We also offer live virtual tours and are happy to share recorded videos and suite plans upon request.
We look forward to bringing you on site and showing you all we have to offer.

What building amenities are included at Lunen Haus?

Enjoy our in-building amenity spaces: a fully-loaded gym in each of our buildings, bicycle storage, as well as two common rooms designed for multipurpose use for all your lounging and working needs.
Here at Lunen Haus you can enjoy a top of the line Internet package, on us! We’ve included Rogers Ignite 1GB Unlimited High-Speed Internet in all our suites so you can move in worry free.

Are tenants allowed to have pets?

We believe that pets are an important part of the family!
We abide by the Ottawa Animal Care and Control (By-law No. 2003-77). Feel free to contact us for more information.

What utilities are included?

Water is included, Hydro is extra.
Residents are responsible for electricity, a fraction of which powers the heat pump that acts as both a furnace and air conditioning unit to the apartment.

What appliances are included?

Complimenting our custom Italian kitchens, your suite will include beautiful stainless steel appliances: fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
In addition, from the comfort of your suite, you will have the luxury of using your own full-sized washer and dryer!
Your home, designed conveniently for you!

Do all suites include window coverings?

Yes!
All windows coverings have been selected by our interior design team and pre-installed in your suite. Blackout blinds in the bedroom and sheer blinds in the living space.

Is parking offered on the premises?

Yes!
Lunen Haus offers underground parking at an additional monthly cost. Please contact your customer care coordinator for more information. Spaces are limited.

What about visitors parking?

Of course!
Plenty of outdoor visitor parking is provided; in cooperation with Smart Parking you can register and pay for your guests before they even arrive.

Do you have a pool?

We do not have a pool.

Do you have a rooftop patio?

We do not have a rooftop patio.

Are BBQs permitted?

Charcoal and Gas BBQs are not allowed due to Fire Safety Standards.
Electric barbecues are a great alternative, and we’ve prepared an outlet on each balcony for you!

Are storage lockers and bike storage available?

Yes!
Plenty of bicycle storage is available and basement storage lockers are available for a monthly fee. For more information please contact our customer care team.

What kind of maintenance is offered?

At Lunen Haus, we strive to provide same-day service for any maintenance issues or service requests. We greatly appreciate your reporting of preventative maintenance issues, and will make it easy for you to submit requests online and by mobile. Staff will also be on site to assist with your questions and requests.

What are my rent payment options?

We accept Interac e-Transfer payments and Pre-Authorized Debits from your bank account so you will never have to worry about office hours or running out of cheques.

What is the minimum length for a lease?

You can sign a residential tenancy agreement with us for a minimum of one year. We want you to love and live in your new home at Lunen for a long time!
